Cross-Border Litigation & Asset Recovery Counsel

Profile

Dennis John Solis is a cross-border litigator whose practice combines commercial disputes, judgment enforcement, and international asset recovery.

His career began with conventional business and contract disputes. Over time, he repeatedly encountered the same challenge: obtaining a favorable legal result did not necessarily mean that a client could actually recover the money owed.

That experience gradually shifted his focus from obtaining judgments to navigating what happens after judgment — locating assets, identifying transfers, coordinating enforcement efforts, and developing recovery strategies across jurisdictions.

At Harven Rich, Dennis focuses on disputes where litigation strategy and practical recovery must work together.

Career Story

Dennis spent the earlier part of his practice handling contract disputes, partnership conflicts, and commercial litigation.

A turning point came during a creditor dispute in which substantial assets were moved outside the original jurisdiction while litigation was still underway.

Although the underlying claim was strong, enforcement became significantly more complicated than the lawsuit itself.

The experience led Dennis to focus increasingly on judgment enforcement, asset tracing, and cross-border recovery.
